I bought a 13 foot this year because I had redone my front yard landscaping and removed my tall shrubbery this past summer. I felt this would bring some light to my yard. It has. Unfortunately, the lights and straps were a tangled mess inside the box. I tried to do what they did in the video. Didn't work just a big birds nest pulled out. Somehow 3 of the straps weren't hooked to the metal top hook and that created the mess. I completely unsnapped the straps and got the 8 webs separated. With the help of Maureen, I was able to get them back on the metal hook and re-snapped. At that point the process of setting it up was simple. The led "tree is perfect for my yard and I'm pleased with the look at night. Instructions could be better.
I purchased this tree in 2022 and used it during the holiday season. The tree when lit looks beautiful. Unfortuantely one morning at the end of the season, I discovered the tree had collapsed. Fairybell's service response is that it does not warrant damage due to weather. So the tree while beautiful and expensive is structurally flimsy. Best to consider alternatives or be prepared to replace the mast after one season.
